Yooooo!!!!
Reporting back from the concert that was over two weeks ago?? Time goes so so fast. But I can happily say I remember this like it was yesterday :P
This year's first concert! And I don't even care if it's too soon to say that it was also the best!
Slipknot has been my favourite band for some time now and needless to say that this day was an emotional roller-coaster.
So what made this concert extra special was the fact that I had purchased Meet&Greet ticket!! It was a bit overwhelming when only info we got about m&g was "3-4 members of Slipknot will come depending on their schedules" so I had no idea who I would meet and just tried to save myself from disappointment by thinking that Corey Taylor most likely will not come since he must be the busiest of them all... But aaanyways enough with the rambling and let's get down to the business:
There was probably like ~60 people in the M&G so the thing started around 4pm so there was plenty of time before the concert started. When everyone had arrived we went to this big room and everyone stood in a big circle and waited for _someone_ to arrive!
Oh, and you never guess who was the first to run to the room looking as excited as all the fans. Yup COREY TAYLOR!! My eyes went so big I wonder how they didn't pop out of me head.
When he came to me I couldn't do anything but hug him and cry. And he tried to calm me down and was like "are these good tears or bad?" and I was like "good ofc!!!" and hugged him again. I also kept apologizing for crying because back in 2012 when I met him for the first time he said to me "No more crying!". And when I told him that he was so adorable! He said: "Okay, you obviously didn't listen the first time so I'm telling you again. If I see you crying during the concert I will come down and... HAND YOU A CUPCAKE!" HOW CAN HE BE SO NICE AND SWEET!!!!!!!???? (I kept my cool during the concert so I missed the cupcakes!)
Chris Fehn came next and I was still suffering from Corey-after-shock so I didn't speak much.
Then was Jim Root, and he's just amazing as well and tall as hell!! I had completely forgotten how tall he was.
Sid looked stunning! His outfit was so in point. He's the coolest member, I must admit!
Last but definitely not least was Clown! I've always thought that he's the 'darkest' member of the group and then we start taking the picture AND HE GIVES ME THE WARMEST TEDDY-BEAR HUG! His hugs are better than.. Santa's?!! My heart melted because of that fondness :')
Then for the concert!!! We got an early entry so I got to enjoy the whole thing from the front row! <3 the only down side was that for the whole concert a dude over twice my size was leaning on my back and I was squeezed between him and the fence... But you know, it's not a proper concert if you can't feel it in the morning!
Slipknot and Korn performed Beastie Boys' Sabotage together which was a great surprise!!
And for the actual concert...! It was amazing as excepted! I was kinda hoping more songs from the new album but it was good to hear the old classics so no complaints there. Highlight was definitely during 'Before I Forget' when Corey stood in front of me and checked that I wasn't crying! Thankfully I wasn't so I gave him the biggest smile I could!
I didn't take much photos during the concert, though.. I didn't wanna experience the concert through the camera lens.
This was without a doubt one of the best nights and concerts of my life and I got a proper reminder why this band is my favourite and why Corey Taylor is the best singer to walk this earth.
When I was walking home after the concert I gave myself a mental high-five for choosing my idols so well!!
See ya next timee!!!!! xx

Camera's flashing, strike a pose
A while ago Sara got a voucher to this photo studio where we could try out a photo shoot for free. I agreed even though I felt a bit weird about some random photo shoot. So a couple of Fridays back we headed to Vanity Studios in Oxford Circus to enjoy a glamorous day!
We were told not to do our hair or nails or make-up because they would all be done for us before the photo session. We had to bring with us 4-6 outfits to wear during the shoot and to be at the studio by 11am.
We got some foods and drinks while waiting for our turn to get our hair done and after the photo shoot we were served some Rosé wine.
I'm usually really awkward when I have to be in front of the camera but the photo shoot ended up being so much fun! The photographer was really nice and he had some really cool ideas for me and Sara to pose to. We had 4 different outfits and we had own shoot for every of the outfits with different backgrounds. My favourite shoots ended up being the one with the wooden background and the the one taken on the roof of the studio. Me and Sara were really satisfied with the shooting and thought that this is something we could get used to! :')
The photoshoot included one free photo but I was so amazed that there were actually nice photos of me so I ended up buying a couple more! :p
A proper indulging day!! Had so much fun and felt so pretty the whole day! Makes me want to have relaxation days like that more often!! <3
See ya next time! Can't promise next post will be this glamorous but I'll try

Fool's Gold
Hiii!
Sales are my weakness and after having recovered from the shit storm that was Black Friday I was ready to head to Boxing Day sales!
I was still in Finland when the sales started and a bit surprisingly I actually found something to buy from there as well.
So let's see what I indulged myself with:
Pandora ring
This gem I found from Kuopio! I've been dreaming about this ring since March and even tried it on in Milan but now finally I got to take it home!! I love Pandora's rings so much and they're quite cheap so I keep making my collection bigger and bigger. :)
Ted Baker ring
Soon after coming back to London I started looking for possible sale findings online. (I tend to scroll around online shops when I'm bored) Found this ring from House of Fraser and it was 50 per cent off plus additional student discount so I couldn't come up with a single reason why I shouldn't order it..
Ted Baker clutch bag
I've been looking for a clutch bag for ages!! I saw this while buying Christmas presents for my cousins but left it in the store because I had my eye on Michael Kors' clutch bag and wasn't quite sure what I wanted. But when I returned to London and headed to House of Fraser to pick up that after mentioned ring, I found this bag from the sale corner. It was so meant to be and so I took the bag with me without a second thought.
Pretty responsible shopping, I think! Didn't buy much and after this the only sales I've been enjoying are Lidl's instant noodles (I'm not even joking! They're little over 30p off now!!)
Thankfully I'm back in uni and having a bunch of assignments to do so I won't be having much time to go shopping either.
So that was that. Haven't really made any shopping posts here.. If these are something you enjoy reading let me know so I can make posts like these more often!!

2014, the year of my dreams
Throwback to 2014!! I'm sorry if I'm a bit late with this
2014 was the year I did nothing but everything at once and it gave me so much precious memories. I have this obsession that I try to make the next year better than the last and 2014 raised the bar real high, but I have a few tricks up on my sleeve to make 2015 even better!! So please keep checking my blog this year as well! :)
Last year was a bit weird; I didn't do much but a lot of things happened.
My summer vacation was longer than Phineas and Ferb's; after finishing my finals I had amazing 6 months off of school!! I'm just gonna shove the whole year into a one massive post, bear with me!
So here's the highlights of 2014:
January
2014 started with a bang! I spent the New Year's Eve in London with my parents and after watching the fireworks by Big Ben I headed to the airport and took a morning flight to Dublin! I went to Jedward concert with my friend from Germany. The concert was absolutely amazing and twins were as adorable as always but I think the best part was meeting Jenni for the very first time!
Fast forward to March
Had a proper relaxation weekend before finals. Me and mom headed to Helsinki for a weekend because there were two concerts to attend to!
First was Backstreet Boys! It was a perfect throwback to my childhood! The concert was sooo much fun!
Me and my cousins used to play this Backstreet Boys puzzle game on PC when we were kids; There was a clip playing of their music video and you had to finish the puzzle. And I was so happy when they sang a couple of the puzzle songs during the concert. Lovely childhood memories.

The next day was 30 Seconds To Mars concert!!! It was my 4th time seeing them live but I think this was the best one! I was so close to Jared most of the time!
April
THIS IS THE BEST! Me and my lovely cousin, Kata ,headed to Gran Canaria for a week! This was something we had been planning since we were kids! We've been abroad together before but this was first time we did it without our parents, just the two of us! It was exactly how I dreamed it would be! We had so much fun getting tanned, drinking cheap Breezers, shopping and joking around. I won't let this be the last time we travel together because this was one of the best holidays ever <3

June&July
Late June/Beginning of July I spent in Milan with my parents! The idea of travelling to Milan came when me and mom were trying to figure out which Where We Are tour date to go to. We hadn't been in Milan before and the 1D concert was so close to my birthday that it was nice to stay there to celebrate my birthday as well! Milan was absolutely brilliant! It became one of my favourite cities I've visited. The shopping possibilities are endless and the fashion seemed so different, so much better, than I had seen before. Outlet shopping is something I would get used to!

September
After all those concerts you would think that the year can't get much better than that... but it did!!! IT WAS FINALLY TIME TO SAY BYE BYE TO FINLAND!!!! Packed my bags and headed to London. To think about these past 3-4 months, it's been amazing but the time goes by so fast that this all feels like a dream at times. I feel so blessed to be here!!! Yeah yeah, really touching *sniff sniff* let's just say London is the place to be. MOVING ON!

October
Well October was full of exciting stuff but to keep up with this concert theme let's say that Ed Sheeran concert was the best thing this month!

December
Before heading back to Finland for holidays there waaas *drum roll* ONE DIRECTION BOOK SIGNING *shocked gasps* (oh yeah I went there, like I would miss the opportunity to talk about this again!!) Spent most of the December in Kuopio, eating, playing PS3, seeing friends and family! Missed my loved ones and my PS3 but I didn't try to hide the fact how pissed off I was with the weather. Obviously it was cold in Finland but the fact that annoyed me was that when I left London it was +15°C and I was wearing my winter clothes to airport because I couldn't fit them in my luggage -.-

Winter Wonderland
Sooo Christmas is pretty much over but I still feel a bit festive so here's some pictures from Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland that I visited with Sara before heading to Finland :')
I really loved it there, just walking around and admiring the games and food they had to offer! Thankfully I ate before going there, otherwise I would have ended up spending waaay too much money there! Everything looked so delicious <3 >_<
Hopefully you all had a great Christmas and your wishes came true!
See ya next time!! xx

One Direction - Where We Are Book Signing
Warning! This post might suddenly turn into uncontrollable shouting and crying 'cos I literally have no chill at the moment.
So yeah, on Monday I got tickets to 1D's book signing! I was on the ticketmaster web page the minute the tickets came to sale but it already said that there were no tickets available. Because I was bored and had nothing else to do I kept selecting the tickets because it never said the event was sold out. Doesn't hurt to try, right? Well I kept refreshing the page well over 20 times until it actually showed that I had one ticket selected???!!!! I almost fell off the chair and thought it was some kind of sick joke BUT IT WASN'T AND ON WEDNESDAY EVENING I WAS ON MY WAY TO MEET ONE DIRECTION!
When I arrived to the venue (Secret Location yooo!) I got handed the copy of their book, Where We Are, and then the queueing began! I queued approximately for two hours but at least I had a book to read while I was at it! And the place where we had to wait was decorated with Christmas lights and Midnight Memories was on reply so the time went pretty quickly :')
I was pretty chill about the whole thing while queuing but as I was getting closer and closer to upstairs where the signing was happening I started to freak out. And when I got to the upstairs, room next to where the boys were in, I seriously started to freak out and didn't know if I should sit down and start crying. Thankfully I did neither of those and kept my cool. And then it was time!!!
The boys didn't really have much time for one fan since there was approximately 700 of us and if they actually took pictures and hang out with the fans I would still be queuing there (idk when I'm gonna publish this post so this gets funnier the older this post gets)..
I had thought some of the things I wanted to tell them when I met them butnot so surprisingly I forgot all of those things...
First was Zayn! I was dazzled by how gorgeous he is. If you have seen Night Changes video I can tell you; it was like the whole date thing was happening right in front of me but it was million times better because no one ended up with pasta on their head. He was so amazing! I didn't really know what to say so I just said Hi and he said "Hi, you alright?" and I think I just nodded and then he signed my book and then he looked at my hand and said "Nice rings. Those are sick!" YOU KNOW THE WAY ZAYN IS ALWAYS LIKE 'SICK' AND ALL THAT AND I GOT MY OWN SHARE OF IT AND IT HIT ME SO HARD THAT THIS PERSON IS SO REAL AND SO NICE AND A LITERAL SUNSHINE! And then I mumbled thanks and my mind was so blank I couldn't believe my life.
Then was Niall! My head was still spinning because of Zayn so all I could say to Niall was Hi, and then was Louis and I still didn't have my act together so I just said Hi. Which made mom angry later when I called her; I had promised that I would say hi from her because Louis is her favourite, but I didn't and I felt a bit bad afterwards. Mom was like 'They were so wonderful you forgot you had a mother?' Seems like that, yeah. Sorry about that.
(I sent her pictures later and she felt a bit better then so I think we're good now)
When it was Liam's turn I started to ease up a bit! He had drawn a picture of Harry Potter on the table and was talking about that so I just admired his work while he was signing my book. It actually looked pretty good the longer I stared at it :')
Now this gets interesting and I seriously have no control at this point so please don't read this if you have been rolling your eyes this whole time and thinking that I'm a complete idiot
HARRY FRIGGING STYLES! After Liam signed my book and I saw Harry in the corner of my eye I thought that I will never forgive myself if all I say to Harry is Hi because I've been waiting for this moment for so long. I planned that I would tell him a funny joke and I had one on my mind already and I got just enough courage that I could just throw it out there. And I was so ready and so prepared and then I turned to him and said "Hi! You alright?!" (great start right?!!!) THEN HE LOOKED AT ME STRAIGHT INTO MY EYES AND REPLIED "Hii, I'm good. How are you?" STILL STARING INTO MY EYES. OH YEAH I'M PERFECT YOU JUST MADE MY LIFE COMPLETE. Did I tell the joke? No. I can't even remember what I answered him, hopefully I told him I was good... Aaaanyways, put this photo in my grave:
LOOK AT HIS PRECIOUS FACE AND HIS SHINY ROUND EYES AND HIS MAGNIFICENT HAIR I'M SERIOUSLY SO DONE WITH LIFE HOW CAN A PERSON BE THAT ADORABLE!!!!!! *cries uncontrollably*
So yeah, that happened! It didn't last long but it was a pretty big deal to me and I never thought I would get the chance to meet them because they are 'quite' famous and all that.
+It was even better than I imagined because I have had this dream that when I meet Harry he has his hair tied up in a cute bun AND HE ACTUALLY DID! AND AT THE START OF THE SIGNING HE HAD HIS HAIR DOWN! IT WAS DESTINY THAT HE TIED UP HIS HAIR BEFORE I MET HIM DON'T EVEN TRY TO TELL ME OTHERWISE!
See, I told you I would venture out for my next post! :) But this was actually one of the biggest plot twists in my life. Now I'm taking rest of the year off of fangirling to save some energy for next year because there's a lots of concerts (+1 M&G, and I'm crying already) to attend to!
Next week I'm off to Finland and once I'm reunited with my PS3 I don't think I have time to make new posts any time soon so I'm trying to publish some Christmasy posts before that!
So stay tuned!
Have a wonderful Christmas time!
See ya!!

Little Things
Hi!
It's been a while since my last post, sorry about that. But it's a good thing in a way... Before moving to London I didn't do much, just stayed at home playing, reading, scrolling in the depths of internet so there wasn't much to tell. And now for the past few weeks that's pretty much all I've been doing here. That might sound really boring but the truth is that I enjoy staying at home and do absolutely nothing productive (you did not just hear a university student say that!).
So in order to avoid going outside I'll give you a glimpse of my room!
The room was obviously ready furnished so in order to make it feel like home I had to decorate (=throw stuff around and make a huge mess) it with things that are important to me.
These 10 things I need to make home:
1. Lucky Cat
I bought it from Little Tokyo in LA in 2013 and it has been waving it's paw in my room ever since! The cat is believed to bring wealth and prosperity for it's owner so that kinda sums up why I hold that ticking bastard so close to my heart.
2. Posters
3. Calendar
I have obsession with wall calendars and I use a lot of time thinking what calendar I'll be buying next year. It's really satisfying to cross the date when the day is over. You could say it helps me keep up to date..!
4. Manga
Okay so I've been into Japanese comics since I was a kid and I have a huuuuge collection back home so there's no way I could have taken them with me here so I just order new ones from Amazon! I usually take one to read on the tube or train when I'm going somewhere, it's a great way to pass time.
5. Post Cards
I had this habit in Finland to put postcards on my windowsill and here I pin them on the board! My friend, who lives in France at the moment, sends me really pretty cards and mom sends me lovely Moomin cards with adorable and motivational quotes. The blue Moomin card freely translates to "If the the direction is right you just have to keep on going." And when I got that card I was in tears and like, wow mom this is amazing well done you! London feels like the right direction and there's no way I'm turning back.
6. Games
I MISS MY PLAY STATION 3 SO BAD IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY! And I don't really call Candy Crush a game so it doesn't help this gaming fever at all. That's why I brought my 3DS and PSP with me. Haven't really played much though... Nothing can replace my PS3 and it pains me to think how much time I would actually have to play here 'cos the days at uni are not that long.
7. Eddy-Bear
I have a bunch of soft toys in Finland, I wish I could have taken them all with me but I thought that clothes are more important (how stupid of me). But I couldn't leave Eddy-Bear because he's the one that I hold when going to sleep.
8. Salmiakki chewing gum
Okay this is not actually an item but I need to include this. I use a lot of chewing gum and my favourite flavour happens to be salmiakki (Finnish sweet, kinda like salty liquorice) and I can't get it from London so I just packed three packages with me to get through until Christmas.
9. Radio
I can't sleep if I don't have radio open. I can't fall asleep in a complete silence, I love waking up in the middle of the night when my favourite songs come on the radio and I like waking up to news to know what's happening in the world at the moment. I had to buy new radio when I got here but it's small and only cost £10 so yay!!!
10. Laptop
Oh, this has to be the most cliched one. Obviously I need my laptop, it's essential but I just wanted to include it because it means the world to me. I need it to do my school work, use the internet, watch movies, listen to music and to breathe (too much?)
So there's the things I need to make myself feel like home (excluding PS3)! :)
I hope this post wasn't boring because it didn't include running on the streets of London but I promise you I'll go outside for the next post!
There's a comment box for a reason so do tell what you think of this post or my blog in general. And I would love to hear what items are important to you, so feel free to share!
See you next time!!! :)

I have decorated my room with posters basically my whole life and I can't seem to be able to change this habit. I've tried to stop buying posters but I found this amazing 5 Seconds of Summer poster from HMV that I just had to buy, it's like made for that wall! (Fun Fact: I wrote this before I bought that 1D poster, things are getting out of hand) The oldest poster I still have is a picture of Corey Taylor. It's been on my wall for a couple of years now and I've grown really fond of it so I couldn't leave it to Finland.
